Realitatea istorică stă altfel: sub numele de ”țigan” au fost mai mult de 10 rase diferite ca origine geografică și limbă. În cultura romilor, cultură cutumiară, identitatea de rom este identitate maritală. Eu, Cîrpaci Marian Nuțu, fost student al catedrei de limba falsă rromani, pot spune că limba falsă rromani a fost creată de ong IRU cu scopul asimilării romilor, fiind folosită ca un instrument de inducere în eroare a romilor. Astfel, la catedra de limba rromani a Universității din București, rudarii sînt învățați să mintă că sînt romi, cu scopul căsătoririi lor cu romii reali, colegi de școală sau facultate. Assumption to Iulian Paraschiv: after I wrote to the Commission for the investigation of abuses, Mr. non-Roma (chocolate-skinned Romanian) Iulian Paraschiv went to the Order of Malta to ask for protection? We read that "Again, the concepts of 'integration rather than assimilation' were discussed based on current experiences." Are we to understand from the wording "again" that the Order of Malta is conspiring to assimilate the Roma? We hope we are wrong. Compare the date on the letter sent to me by the Romanian Government, the year 2021, in which we read the name of the Romanian citizen Iulian Paraschiv (ethnically and maritally non-Roma), and the 2022 article of the Knights of Malta.

Presupunere către Iulian Paraschiv: după ce eu am scris la Comisia pentru cercetarea abuzurilor, domnul ne-rom (român cu pielea-ciocolată) Iulian Paraschiv a mers la Ordinul de Malta să ceară protecție? Citim că ” Din nou, conceptele de „integrare mai degrabă decât asimilare” au fost discutate pe baza experiențelor actuale.” Sî înțelegem din formularea ”din nou”, că Ordinul de Malta conspiră la asimilarea romilor? Sperăm să greșim. Comparați data de pe scrisoarea trimisă mie de Guvernul Românei, anul 2021, în care citim numele cetățeanului român lui Iulian Paraschiv (ne-rom etnic și marital), și articolul din 2022 al Cavalerilor de Malta.

 Russia at #HRC54:  We still have serious concerns over discrimination against national minorities in Romania, the most vulnerable of whom are the Roma, Hungarians and Transcarpathian Ruthenians.  Xenophobia, racism and nationalism are currently on the rise in Romania.

Daniel Caraivan, coordinated by Delia Grigore, on pages 124-125, writes:

"We cannot discuss a method of voluntary integration through mixed marriages, the loss of identity happens involuntarily, there is no strategy or personal plan in which something specific happens through this type of marriage. Everything starts from a love relationship, if one of the young people has a thinking based on prejudices and stereotypes, that marriage does not take place. Daniel Caraivan, coordonat de Delia Grigore, la paginile 124-125, scrie:

”Nu putem discuta de o metodă de integrare voită prin căsătoriile mixte, pierderea identității se întâmplă involuntar, nu există o strategie sau vreun plan personal în care prin acest tip de căsătorie să se întâmple ceva anume. Totul pornește de la o relație de dragoste, dacă unul din tineri are o gândire bazată pe prejudecăți și stereotipuri, acea căsătorie nu are loc. Identitatea etnică suferă modificări în căsătoria mixtă datorită mai multor factori, și anume:  Implicarea familiei parentale, care nu este de acord cu căsătoria.  Dominarea în căsătorie, cine domină mai mult acela își va impune identitatea.  Copiii – teama de a nu trece și ei prin ceea ce a trecut tatăl sau mama de etnie romă (segregare școlară, ironii cu temă etnică, stimă de sine scăzută).  Promovarea în mass-media a știrilor cu tentă negativă a etniei rome.”

He who excuses himself, accuses himself

Daniel Caraivan, coordinated by Delia Grigore, conducted interviews on mixed couples, Rudars+Roma, with the help of an unspecified NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION (STATE SECRET, obviously). My wife is a SCHOOL MEDIATOR in Prahova, it is easy to understand that I was also investigated, secretly, since the name of that NGO is secret.

From the title of the paper we clearly read the intention of the NGO that researched mixed marriages between Rudars and Roma: the effects. Twice the author DENIES that there is a plan, a strategy, to mix the Roma with the Rudari, but passes them off as Roma. Then, the introduction of the book coordinated by Delia Griogore is clear, especially since the question presupposes an ACCUMULATION, and Caraivan's book is the exoneration, the denial of the experiment ROMIZATION OF RUDARS:

"Is the assimilation of the Roma ethnicity desired by the majority? As can be seen, in the inter-ethnic relations between Romanians and Roma, due to the attractive force of the Romanian identity, there are mutations in the ethnic identity of the Roma that consist in the absorption by the Roma of the fundamental features specific to the Romanian ethnicity, such as the language, the way of life, occupations, customs, followed by the declaration of their ethnicity as Romanians in the population census. The transition from the univocal identity (which has only one meaning or keeps the same meaning in different uses, n.n.) of Roma/Gypsy to the identity of Romanian signifies the shaking of the primary ethnicity and the beginning of biculturalism."

Cine se scuză, se acuză

Daniel Caraivan, coordonat de Delia Grigore, a efectuat interviuri  pe cupluri mixte, rudari+romi, cu ajutorul unei ORGANIZAȚII NONGUVERNAMENTALE nespecificate (SECRET DE STAT, evident). Soția mea, este MEDIATOR ȘCOLAR în Prahova, lesne de înțeles că și eu am fost investigat, în secret, din moment ce numele acelui ONG este secret. Din titlul lucrării citim clar intenția ongului care a cercetat căsătoriile mixte între rudari și romi: efectele. De două ori autorul NEAGĂ că ar exista un plan, o strategie, de a amesteca romii cu rudarii, dar îi trece în rândul romilor. Apoi, introducerea cărții coordonate de Delia Griogore este clară, mai ales că întrebarea presupune o ÎNVINOVĂȚIRE, iar cartea lui Caraivan este dezvinovățirea, negarea experimentului REROMIZAREA RUDARILOR:

”Se doreşte asimilarea etniei romilor de către majoritari? După cum se observă, în relaţiile interetnice dintre români şi romi, datorită forţei de atracţie a identităţii românilor, în identitatea etnică a romilor au loc mutaţii ce constau în absorbţia de către romi a trăsăturilor fundamentale specifice etniei române, precum limba, modul de viaţă, ocupaţiile, obiceiurile, urmate de declararea etniei lor ca români la recensământul populaţiei. Trecerea de la identitatea univocă (care are un singur sens sau păstrează același sens în întrebuințări diferite, n.n.) de rom/ţigan la identitatea de român semnifică zdruncinarea etniei primare şi începutul biculturalităţii.”

Daniel Caraivan, coordinated by Delia Grigore, on pages 128-129, writes:

"A second important conclusion is related to mixed marriages and their effects on the Roma ethnic identity, this type of marriage being frequently encountered. We cannot speak of a strategy in this case, because, of course, it is an involuntary and uncontrollable phenomenon. In this type of marriage we encounter different attitudes from case to case. One thing is clear, if two young people of different ethnicities (Roma and non-Roma) love each other and decide to take this important step in their lives, they do not have prejudices and stereotypes towards each other, or at least they have eliminated them. Naturally, this type of marriage should be an advantage due to the cultural/traditional mix, in reality one of the two will give in from an ethnic identity point of view and obviously the Roma partner who comes with a negative ethnic baggage gives in . In general, the racist pressure in mixed marriages is put by the parental families, the parents continuously feed with ideas based on prejudices and stereotypes, especially this kind of pressure happens from the non-Roma family, who accept this type of marriage the hardest. The Roma ethnic identity is affected by mixed marriages, in most cases the Roma ethnic partner gives in and no longer recognizes his belonging to the Roma ethnicity, considering that he can get rid of the negative image attributed by the majority to the Roma ethnicity. There is also a category of mixed marriages where biculturalism occurs."

In conclusion, Daniel Caraivan's book, coordinated by Delia Grigore, aims to exonerate the false Romani language department of the University of Bucharest, and the CNCR Romano-Kher, that they would try to assimilate the Roma, but the proof that this is so is the inclusion of the Rudaris in the list of Roma groups, on page 41.

In reality, the Rudars hate the Roma language, and will not let their grandchildren learn the language from their native speaking parent.

În realitate, rudarii urăsc limba romilor, și nu îi vor lăsa pe nepoți să învețe limba de la părintele vorbitor nativ.

Daniel Caraivan, coordonat de Delia Grigore, la paginile 128-129, scrie:

”O a doua concluzie importantă este legată de căsătoriile mixte și efectele acestora asupra identității etnice rome, acest tip de mariaj fiind frecvent întâlnit. Nu putem vorbi de o strategie în acest caz, deoarece, firesc, este un fenomen involuntar și necontrolabil. În acest tip de mariaj întâlnim atitudini diferite de la caz la caz. Este clar un singur lucru, dacă doi tineri de etnii diferite (romă și neromă) se iubesc și hotărăsc să își asume acest pas important în viața lor, nu au prejudecăți și stereotipuri unul față de celălalt sau, cel puțin, le-au eliminat. În mod firesc, acest tip de căsătorie ar trebui să constituie un avantaj datorită mixtului cultural/tradițional, în realitate unul dintre cei doi va ceda din punct de vedere etnic identitar și în mod evident cedează partenerul de etnie romă care vine cu un bagaj etnic negativ. În general, presiunea rasistă în căsătoriile mixte este pusă de familiile parentale, părinții alimentează continuu cu idei bazate pe prejudecăți și stereotipuri, în special acest tip de presiune se întâmplă din partea familiei nerome, care acceptă cel mai greu acest tip de mariaj. Identitatea etnică romă este afectată de căsătoriile mixte, în mare parte a cazurilor partenerul de etnie romă cedează și nu își mai recunoaște apartenenţa la etnia romă, considerând că poate scăpa de imaginea negativă atribuită de majoritari etniei rome. Există și o categorie de căsătorii mixte în care apare biculturalitatea.”

În concluzie, cartea lui Daniel Caraivan, coordonată de Delia Grigore, are ca scop dezvinovățirea catedrei de falsa limbă rromani a Universității București, și a CNCR Romano-Kher, că ar încerca să facă asimilarea romilor, dar dovada că este așa, este includerea rudarilor în lista de neamuri rome, la pagina 41.

Mr. Daniel Craivan, wrote an article, in which the title is clear: "INVOLVEMENT OF THE ROMANIAN STATE IN MIXED MARRIAGES BETWEEN ROMANIANS AND ROMANS THROUGHOUT THE 18th-20th CENTURIES". The title of the article suggests that the STATE IS INVOLVED IN INTER-ETHNIC MARRIAGES, but it does not recognize the involvement of the Romanian state in the ASSIMILATION OF THE ROMA THROUGH MARRIAGE WITH RUDARS AND ROMANIANS, AS A SECRET PROGRAM OF THE UNIVERSITY OF BUCHAREST. This article is part of the work Roma, knowledge, awareness, coexistence, edited by the Cluj County Council, Ethnographic Museum of Transylvania, 2024. In the article, page 72, Mr. Caraivan claims that the communist regime in Romania banned the speaking of the Gypsy language. This is a fake: I grew up in communism, I went to school in communism, and nobody forbade me to speak my mother tongue, Militar Romani!

Domnul Daniel Craivan, a scris un articol, în care titlul este clar: ”IMPLICAREA STATULUI ROMÂN ÎN CĂSĂTORIILE MIXTE DINTRE ROMÂNI ŞI ROMI DE-A LUNGUL SECOLELOR XVIII-XX”. The Government of India created an NGO, called the International Romani Union/IRU, to steal the Roma Holocaust reparations money, and more importantly, to implement a Roma assimilation plan with the Holocaust money. This Roma assimilation plan was started in Romania by Ion Chelcea, the sociologist who made the Roma deportation plan to Bug, and in India, it was supported by Shyam Singh Shashi, a sociologist, who took part in the ”international" congress of the NGO IRU, from Munich, Germany. Shyam Singh Shashi knew about Ion Chelcea's writings, because Nicolae Gheorghe had sent him, from Romania, to India, as he himself admits, all the information about the Romanian Roma: ”Nicolae Gheorghe has sent us a detailed account of Gypsies of Romania. He is himself a Rom and a scholar of Social Science.” In the very next year, this Shyam Singh Shashi (now holder of the highest honor of the Indian/Bharat State i.e. PADMA SHRI), would give his PhD thesis, called ROMA THE GYPSY WORLD.  By the fact that a State University of India/Bharat, published and accepted in 1979, Shashi's PhD thesis – a REAL PLAN AGAINST THE ROMA PEOPLE, which ends with the words that the NGO IRU decided that the Roma will be "assimilated by integration", key words, repeated by the Romanian State too, the guilt of the Indian State is as great as that of the Romanian State. No wonder, because in the same era, in the mid-1970s, Prime Minister Indira Gandhi suspended the Constitution of the Republic of India, to sterilize more than 10 million Dalit Hindus and Muslims - from the same genetic and cultural group as the European Roma, SHUDRA/DALIT/CHADAL/CINGAR/GYPSY group. Now, after researching these facts of contemporary history, not yet written by the historians paid by the Indian State, and the Romanian State - two Nazi states, we can say with certainty that the old Indian enemies of the Roma, because of which the Roma were forced to leave India, they pursued them to Europe, to destroy them. This Brahminical plan to destroy the Roma is the dogma of the Nazi Hindu religion, thousands of years old dogma, written in the Book of Laws of Manu/Dharma Manava Shastra (the Roma say DĀRMINA for "expulsion", a word that has its root in DHARMA - the Nazi Hindu religion). The way through which the NGO IRU (- created by the Government of India, whose doctrine was adopted by the Romanian State) chose to assimilate the Roma, was their marriage with non-Roma Rudars/Boyash, based on a long study by the NGO IRU, which they knew that the Rudaris hated the Roma.

The character of the "confidential" society of the Indian movement of stealing money from the Roma Holocaust, and of involuntary assimilation of the Roma, can be seen from the questionnaire made by Shyam Singh Shashi, entitled STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL, and sent with the title of CONFIDENTIAL, to over 1000 Roma, according to him.

Shashi, in his doctorate, wrote about the Rudari, at page 148, footnote 2: "The Rudari have been investigated from linguistic and anthropological perspective to determine their racial and cultural affiliation whether Tiganii or Romanian or some other group. Since they only speak Romanian but are often dark pigmented and they live in hamlets isolated from main communities, the studies have not been conclusive. The Rudari simply claim ancestry from the Dacians, who have ancestral base of Romanians as well." In the same book-doctorate, obtained in Sri Lanka, Shyam Singh Shashi, at page 141, introduces the Rudaris/Boyahs, among the Roma groups, and quotes Chelcea, who recommended the marriage of the Rudaris with the Roma, for complete assimilation, based on the HATE OF THE RUDARIS AGAINST THE LANGUAGE OF THE ROMA.

India condemns the Roma to assimilation "in their countries". Shyam Singh Shashi, the follower of the work of Weer Rishi, the head of the NGO IRU, decides the assimilation of the Roma, in his doctoral thesis:

The Romani Unoin representing about seventy Gypsy organisations participate as a non-Government organization in the United Nations agencies. The Roma met the former Prim Ministers of India, Mr Jawaharlal Nehru and Mrs. Indira Gandhi and received their suppor for their civil rights. Mr. Rajiv Gandhi has also shown keen interest in their uplift and welfare. A number of Indian parlamentarians and social workers from India participated in the Roma festivals and conferences held in India and abroad.This author has tried to study their socio-cultural, economic and political problems with an integrated approach. The study is still going on in a Gypsy way and will continue till the Roma continue to travel. Their future generation will assimilate and integrate in the mainstream of their respective country one day. But the Gypsy culture will be preserved in the books alone.”

By introducing a "Roma person" declaring them as a prophecy of ignorance (actually a veiled threat/assimilation plan) "we know the future of the Gajes, but we don't know ours", at the end of his book/doctorate ( after listing the 70 "Roma" NGOs, which represent IRU, and mentions the UN, and "GAJE FRIENDS"), after what still seems a planned prophecy of assimilation, made by the NGO IRU, meaning over 70 NAZI NGOs, we understand the DEMONIC PLAN.

The goals of this Nazi (NGO IRU, created by India) movement are: the theft of the compensation money from the Roma Holocaust, the theft of the compensation money from the Slavery of the Roma in the Romanian Countries, eugenics experiment, the destruction of the history of the Roma, the destruction of the traditional Gypsy family, the invention and experimentation of a false Romani language (University of Bucharest ), for the purpose of presenting the RUDAR non-Roma as Roma, because the Rudars hate the Roma language. The last goal, the resumption of the plan of deportations to Bug, which stipulated, through Ion Chelcea's plan, that if the Roma survive the deportations to Bug, they should be married to Rudars and Romanians, in order to assimilate them. This criminal plan was taken over by Nicolae Gheorghe and published in Free Europe:

If we want to respect people, we have to work for the long term. Rapid changes make them dictatorial regimes, they can make rapid surface changes. The exact figure of 13 percent Rudari speaking the Rromani language at home, although there is absolutely no historical evidence that the RUDAR dialect of Rromani existed, seems accurate and well studied. It is frightening for the safety of the survival of Roma families and dialects that in 2008, 13 percent of Rudars were married to Roma, of course as a result of the practice of PROPAGANDA (the expression is not mine: ) in schools. The Rudars are brainwashed by Gheorghe Sarau's doctrine that their ancestors were Roma, therefore, they marry real Roma, in order to become ROMA - ethnic spouses, because this is the emancipatory project, as Nicolae Gheorghe says in the SOROS book "Rrom or Gypsy", in dialogue with Iulius Rostaș. If in 2008, 13 percent of Rudari people believed themselves to be Roma, following PROPAGANDA IN SCHOOLS, surely in 2024, more than 50 percent of them will declare themselves to be Roma, and they married the girls and boys of the children of Real Roma, with who were already classmates at school. Gheorghe Sarău uses the term "kinship", referring to Roma and Rudari, in order to legitimize the marriage of Roma with Rudari, and to get rid of the accusation of Nazi assimilation practices, but also because the Rudari say that "we call ourselves Rudari, because we all we are related to each other."

In 2023 Gheorghe Sarău uses the term "RELATIONSHIP", as Ion Chelcea said in 1944 in his book "Gypsies from Romania". Ion Chelcea - the Nazi who sent the Roma (and my grandmother, and all her family) to Bug: "Indeed, lately , I said that it was followed more closely, not so much the problem of the isolation of the Gypsies as that of their assimilation. The way forward was through RELATIONSHIP; the straightest and most difficult path to take. An in-depth examination of the significant number of Gypsies, thus integrated into the bosom of the Romanian people, would be quite eloquent. The mixture of blood produces a definitive break in the closed community circle and ends up destroying the iron circle: the law of blood. As a result we have real crises." 

The word "RELATIONSHIP" used by Gheorghe Sarău is a key word, its out of place in the ROM versus RUDAR discussion, to signal to the Nazi mafia that finances and supports his ideology, that he fulfilled the wish of Ion Chelcea, who is the most dangerous Nazi who escaped trial, Romania even made him a museum, where the stone axes stolen from the miners are exhibited. Chelcea recommended the marriage of Roma with Rudarii and Romanians, with a view to assimilation, a plan continued by Gheorghe Sarău, at the University of Bucharest.

Gheorghe Sarău and Delia Grigore knew about Ion Chelcea's work, that they have it in their bibliography, and even quote from it, in the collective work "Rromanipen Educational", denying assimilation: "...However, it is very clear that this census, like others that followed, does not reflect a sufficiently clear statistical situation of the number of Roma. The percentage established in 1930 was lower than at the end of the 19th century, or in such a short period of time we cannot speak of assimilation, but rather of a problem that, unfortunately, we still encounter today, the assumption / not assuming identity, an identity that was structured on the basis of a history of social exclusion and racism, the consequences of which are still visible today in the collective, but also minority, mentality. Ion Chelcea, in his work, "Gypsies from Romania. Ethnic Monograph" estimates the number of Roma in Romania to be approximately 525,000." –pages 17-18

Ion Chelcea, the author of the book Țiganii din România, which was the book - plan for the deportation of the Roma to Bug, reasons from the introduction of his book, edited by the Publishing House of the Central Institute of Statistics Bucharest, 1944, that the Roma must be deported to Bug because the researcher Bataillard connected their name with the name of the Scythians SIGGINES, mentioned by Herodotus. And even if their ASSIMILATION were to occur through who knows what MEANS, it would produce a serious disturbance in the constitution of the Romanian blood. Because of this, we are for total isolation from the Tent Gypsies. Of these, a part must be reserved for a nature park, in order not to lose the country a rare species among us. The rest do not interest us, they must be absolutely removed from the life of our people. Nowadays they could be moved somewhere in Transnistria or beyond BUG." Page 100.

P 96: "The mixture of blood produces the definitive break in the community closed circle and ends up destroying the iron circle: the law of blood. As a result we have real crises. Quarrels arise from the Gentiles - the injured party - and the wound does not close for many generations. In Şanț (Năsăud) there was such a disturbance with similar consequences: Xenia Țot Țigancă, married Filip Capră, Șigan. Their daughters married Romanians - their origins disappearing with time. Damian Jugan, marrying a Gypsy, had to move in with the girl's parents, because his relatives could no longer tolerate him. Gheorghe Sarău and Delia Grigore knew about Ion Chelcea's work, that they have it in their bibliography, and even quote from it, in the collective work "Rromanipen Educaçional", denying assimilation: "...However, it is very clear that this census, like others that followed, does not reflect a sufficiently clear statistical situation of the number of Roma. The percentage established in 1930 was lower than at the end of the 19th century, or in such a short period of time we cannot speak of assimilation, but rather of a problem that, unfortunately, we still encounter today, the assumption / not assuming identity, an identity that was structured on the basis of a history of social exclusion and racism, the consequences of which are still visible today in the collective, but also minority, mentality. Propagandă în școli Pe lângă declarația de bunăvoie a elevului român, există și alte metode prin care aceștia ajung să ocupe un loc în liceu care nu le este dedicat. În școlile din Capitală, asociațiile de romi fac propagandă în rândul elevilor pentru a adera la organizație, în schimbul unei recomandări care să ateste apartenența la etnia romă. „La școala băiatului meu, au venit prin luna mai 2014 de la o astfel de asociație și l-au asigurat că intră la un liceu bun, orice notă ar avea, fără să mai dea Evaluarea Națională.” Pe foile care ar fi trebuit semnate scria însă clar că îți asumi pe proprie răspundere apartenența la etnia romă.  But here is how the same Gheorghe Sarău recommends on page 68 (Gheorghe Sarău, Elena Radu, Guide to the school mediator for Roma communities, Bucharest, 2011) for school mediators to assume the "Roma" identity:

"For X-raying the children's ethnic identity, do not ask them, talk with the mothers, with the parents, individually, explain to them the new context of open acceptance of identity, the measures to increase self-esteem, the need to deconstruct the stigma of self etc."

On page 123, Gheorghe Sarau urges school mediators to entice non-Roma citizens to declare themselves Roma because they have opportunities:

"It is informed and trained, including in the language of the respective community, regarding the educational facilities and opportunities intended for children and young people and ensures the propagation of this information to all children, young people and their families in the respective community."

Dar, iată cum recomandă la pag. 68 (Gheorghe Sarău, Elena Radu, Ghidul mediatorului școlar pentru comunități cu rromi, București, 2011) mediatorilor şcolari acelaşi Gheorghe Sarău ca să fie asumată identitatea „rromă”:

„Pentru radiografierea identităţii etnice a copiilor, nu-i  întrebaţi pe ei, discutaţi cu mamele, cu părinţii, în mod individual, explicaţi-le contextul nou de asumare deschisă a identităţii, a măsurilor pentru creşterea stimei de sine, a necesităţii deconstruirii stigmei de sine etc.”

La pagina 123, Gheorghe Sarău îndeamnă mediatorii școlari să îi ademenească pe cetățenii ne-romi să se declare romi pentru că au oportunități:

”Se informează și se instruiește inclusiv în limba comunității respective, cu privire la facilitățile și oportunitățile educaționale destinate copiilor și tinerilor și asigură propagarea acestor informații către toți copii, tinerii și familiile acestora din comunitatea respectivă.”

Gheorghe Sarău does not explain to those non-Roma "Gypsies" that they cannot assume Roma, but must be born Shiave, and marry Sheya, to become ROMA and ROMNI.

Gheorghe Sarau knew from Marcel Courthiade, his mentor, that the Rudari are not Roma, but Egyptian. Knowing that the Rudari were not Roma, the only way of re-Romaization was the marriage of the Rudari with the Roma, through the "brainwashing" program run by the Ministry of Education, of "reconstruction of the Roma identity" by "learning the Romani language", as he said Nicolae Gheorghe:

Gheorghe Sarău știa de la Marcel Courthiade, mentorul său, că rudarii nu sunt romi, ci egipteni. Știind că rudarii nu au fost romi, singura modalitate de reromizare era căsătoria rudarilor cu romii, prin programul de ”spălare pe creier”, derulat de Ministerul Educației, de ”reconstrucție a identității romi” prin ”învățarea limbii romani”, așa cum a zis Nicolae Gheorghe:

Nicolae Gheorghe (NGO IRU head) said in the book ”Rom sau Tigan” that ”I am terrorized by the Roma, my mother said me to not be friend with the Roma”. On page 58, the contradiction, the IRU ongism law, appears despite what was stated on p. 13: "In fact, the attitudes related to marital behavior are quite similar in the two analyzed populations, both the Roma and the majority population preferring marriages within own group, opinions being divided regarding marriages with Hungarians. La pagina 58, contradicția, legea  ongismului IRU, apare în ciuda celor afirmate la p. 13: ”În fapt, atitudinile legate de comportamentul marital sunt destul de similare la cele două populaţii analizate, atât romii, cât şi populaţia majoritară preferând căsătoriile în interiorul propriului grup, părerile fiind împărţite în ceea ce priveşte mariajele cu maghiari. Sper deosebire de români, romii acceptă în proporţie destul de ridicată căsătoriile cu români, acesta fiind probabil unul dintre mecanismele importante de integrare.” P: 13: ”Câteva concluzii După cum era de aşteptat, există diferenţe semnificative între felul în care etnicitatea romă este înţeleasă de romii înşişi faţă de ne-romi (români, maghiari şi alţii). De exemplu, romii preferă criteriile culturale de hetero-identificare a romilor, pe când celelalte etnii aleg în mai mare măsură criterii fizice sau comportamentale. Romii cred în vastă majoritate şi în mai mare măsură decât ne-romii că un copil rezultat dintr-un cuplu mixt rom-român va fi rom – ceea ce poate fi interpretat ca indicator al dorinţei de menţinere a identităţii etnice. Gheorghe Sarău, in his book on the history of the Rromani language department, presents a letter signed by Nicolae Păun and Mădălin Voicu, in which he presents the "principle of his own culture" - as a model for the Rromani language department. However, Delia Grigore, like Shyam Singh Shashi, knew that in order to become a ROMA, and a ROMNI, an ethnic son (SHIAVO/CHAVO), or an ethnic daughter (SHEI/CHAI) must marry, through ABIAU - wedding gypsy.

Gheorghe Sarău, în cartea sa de istorie a catedrei de limba rromani, prezintă o scrisoare semnată de Nicolae Păun, și Mădălin Voicu, în care prezintă  ”principiul propriei culturi” – ca model al catedrei de limba rromani. Or, Delia Grigore, ca și Shyam Singh Shashi, știau că pentru a deveni ROM, și ROMNI, trebuie ca un fiu etnic (SHIAVO/CHAVO), sau o fiică etnică (SHEI/CHAI) trebuie să se căsătorească, prin ABIAU – nuntă țigănească.

However, how did Mr. Gheorghe Sarău manage to convince the Ministry of Education that he could teach the Roma their language? Gheorghe Ivan, a non-Roma Romanian, but founder of the Roma Party, addressed, in June-July 2001, in his capacity as Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Public Information, to Decan Sanda Ripeanu, in order to establish a section A. Language and rromani literature. We find the text of the letter, in Gheorghe Sarău's book, "The history of studying the Romani language in university education in Romania (1992-2017)", p. 426. On pages 413-414 of Sarău’s book, we find the letter of May 14, 1998 sent by the Roma Party (signed by Mădălin Voicu and Nicolae Păun) to FLLS, in order to structure an independent section, B. Romani language and literature. Here is what Mădălin Voicu (as a deputy in the Romanian Parliament), and Nicu Păun (president of the Roma Party), both non-Roma leaders, and non-speakers in the family of a Roma dialect, wrote to Sanda Ripeanu: // La paginile 413-414 a cărții lui Sarău, găsim  scrisoarea din 14 mai 1998 trimisă de Partida Romilor (semnată de domnii Mădălin Voicu și Nicolae Păun) la FLLS, în vederea structurării unei secții independente, B. „As far as we are concerned, we will proceed to the media coverage of the section in the Roma communities, so that the intelligent young Roma, with a love of books, can follow this very important specialty, both for our community and for the Romanian society.” //  ”În ceea ce ne privește, vom proceda la mediatizarea secției în comunitățile de rromi, astfel încât tinerii rromi inteligenți, cu dragoste de carte, să poată urma această specialitate deosebit de importantă, atât pentru comunitatea noastră cât și pentru societatea românească.”

From my own experience, as a former student at the Rromani language department of the University of Bucharest, I can say that many Roma do not know about the existence of this Romani language department, and Roma like me, „smart, with a love of books”, can not finish the rromani language faculty because the LANGUAGE OF TEACHING IS NOT A TRADITIONAL ROMANI LANGUAGE, but is INVENTED by a group of 25 non-Roma, persons UNKNOWN TO ROMA, a group from OUTSIDE ROMÂNIA.// Din proprie experiență, ca fost student la secția de rromani a Universității București, pot spune că mulți romi nu știu de existența acestei secții de limba rromani, iar romii ca mine, ”inteligenți, cu dragoste de carte”, nu pot termina facultate de limba rromani pentur că LIMBA DE PREDARE NU ESTE O LIMBĂ TRADIȚIONALĂ ROMĂ, ci este INVENTATĂ de un grup de 25 de gaje NECUNOSCUȚI ROMILOR, grup din AFARA ROMÂNIEI.

Shyam Singh Shashi knew that a CHAI – ethnic daughter becomes a ROMNI – wife, only by marriage (fragment from his PhD thesis - ”ROMA”).

Shyam Singh Shashi știa că o fiică etnică CHAI devine ROMNI - soție, numai prin căsătorie (fragment din doctoratul lui – ”ROMA”).

Delia Grigore also knew the same thing, that the ROM/ROMNI identity is a marriage identity, and the ethnic/birth identity is SHIAV/SHEI.Delia Grigore știa și ea același lucru, că identitatea de ROM/ROMNI, este identitate de căsătorie, și cea etnică/de naștere, este SHIAV/SHEI.

Delia Grigore, wrote in 2011, what I have been saying for about 2 years: that you become ROM/ROMANI by marriage, after you were born as SHIAVO/SHEI - ethnic son/daughter. The identity of SHIAVO/SHEI remains throughout life, because it is a birth identity, therefore, at weddings, baptisms, judgments, parties, important announcements, any speech addressed to the crowd of gypsies, begins with the formula "SHIAVALEN THAI ROMALEN! " - "TO THE ETHNIC SONS, AND THE ETHNIC SPOUSES!". But Delia Grigore does not tell them these things. The only mistake, INTENTIONAL, is the sneaking, "translation" "our man". RROM is not translated as "ONE OF OUR", but as "ETHNIC HUSBAND". "Our man" is called "MANUSH AMARESTAR", and I have no doubt that Delia Grigore knew how to say it, but she had the goal to somehow spoil the only meaning of the word ROM, in order to put the last, unimportant meaning of ETHNIC HUSBAND, because otherwise, they, the fake ones, could no longer declare themselves.

"Regarding the transition from the family of origin / orientation / consanguineous (belonging from birth to marriage) to the family of procreation (starting with the foundation of a new couple), the marriage is made by the consensus of the two "xanamik" (cuscre) families , without the need for external formalization, by fulfilling the customs that definitively change the status of the two protagonists, including them, only through this ritual act of family creation, among the members of the clan: from "CHAVO" (boy) and "CHAJ" (girl) they become "RROM" (our man, husband, rrom) and "RROMNI" (our woman, wife, rromni)."

Delia Grigore, scria în 2011, ce spun eu de vreo 2 ani: că ROM/ROMNI, devii prin căsătorie, după ce te-ai născut ca SHIAVO/SHEI - fiu/fiică etnic(ă). Identitatea de SHIAVO/SHEI, rămâne de-a lungul vieții, pentru că e identitate de naștere, de aceea, la nunți, botezuri, judecăți, petreceri, anunțuri importante, orice discurs adresat mulțimii de țigani, începe cu formula ”SHIAVALEN THAI ROMALEN!” - ”FIILOR ETNICI, ȘI SOȚILOR ETNICI!”. Dar aceste lucruri Delia Grigore nu le spune. Singura greșeală, INTENȚIONATĂ, este strecurarea, ”traducerii” ”om de-al nostru”. RROM nu se traduce prin ”OM DE AL NOSTRU”, ci prin ”SOȚ ETNIC”. ”Om de-al nostru” se spune ”MANUSH AMARESTAR”, și nu mă îndoiesc că Delia Grigore știa cum se spune, dar avea scopul de a strica cumva unicul sens al cuvântului ROM, pentru ca să pună pe loc ultim, neimportant, sensul de SOȚ ETNIC, pentru că altfel, ei, falșii, nu se mai puteau declara.

Are the Rudars from Canada?In Hungary, at the University of Pecs, there is an aggressive campaign to brainwash the Rudars, that they are Roma, and that they came from India. The Rudars are lied to in school, in "Romani Studies", ”ROMOLOGIA” that they come from India. Romology is a discipline created by the longest serving head of the IRU, Rajko Djuric, and published by the Government of Serbia. In the book, the name of the Roma Militar race, GOMAN, and the Tomara race, are declared to be the most important Roma races, of Rajput/Military origin. The book, in PDF format, can be found uploaded on the ERIAC website, consisting only of non-Roma disguised as Roma. About the ERIAC organization, the Jewish linguist Yaron Matras publicly complained to SOROS, but SOROS did not want to heed the warning, and we see the most prominent members of ERIAC posing with George SOROS on Facebook. I myself belong to the GOMAN MILTAR ROMA nemaul from Caransebeș. My grandmother, my father's mother, was called Goman Mezinca, and my grandfather on my mother's side was called Goman Ion. So the Rromology discipline indicates discreetly, but clearly, which Roma groups must be assimilated through marriage with Rudars.

Even in the Romanian language of Romania, and in other languages, such as English, there are words of Roma origin, but that does not make their speakers Roma, it is the phenomenon of borrowing, specific to all languages. It is normal that in the Romanian language of the boys there are gypsy words, entered from the Romanian language, or even borrowed by them, from the Lovari/lăcătari Roma. Notice that the boy says that the romologists teach the Rudaris in school, in Romology, that they came from India, but he says that there is no way to know where they came from. Another manipulation served to the rudars by romology, is the episode with the prohibition of speaking the language by Empress Maria Teresa, as the reason why they, the Rudars/Boyash, no longer know the gypsy language. There is no old Romani Indian language of the Rudars at all.

Chiar în limba română din România, și în alte limbi, ca engleza, există cuvinte de origine romă, dar asta nu îi face romi pe vorbitorii lor, este fenomenul de împrumut, specific tuturor limbilor. E normal ca în limba românească a băieșilor să existe cuvinte țigănești, intrate din limba română, sau chiar împrumutate de ei, de la romii Lovari/lăcătari. Observați că băiașul spune că romologii îi învață pe rudari în școală, la disciplina Romologie, că mei ar veni din India, dar el spune că nu se poate ști de unde vin ei. O altă manipulare servită rudarilor de către romologie, este episodul cu interzicerea vorbirii limbii de împărăteasa Maria Tereza, ca motiv pentru care ei, rudarii/băiașii, nu mai știu acum limba țigănească. Nu există, și nu a existat deloc vreo limba rromani veche a rudarilor.

In order to maximize manipulation, the Boyash/Rudars are taught ROMOLOGY at the Mahatma Gandhi high school in Pecs. Pentru ca manipularea să fie maximă, rudarii sunt învățați ROMOLOGIA la liceul Mahatma Gandhi din Pecs.

In Kahn's book, on page 128, published at the Austrian Academy of Sciences, it is acknowledged that efforts are being made by many Bayesian communities to have their mother tongue, the Romanian dialect of the Bayesians/Boyash/Rudars, recognized as a separate language, for training in schools, which was requested by the rudar from Bulgaria and the senator of the AUR party, Mr. Claudiu Târziu, with the specification that the rudar from Bulgaria complained to the senator that they are forced to declare themselves Roma. What Kahn does not say, is that after the phrase "separate language", should have been added "language separate from the Indian language of the Roma!"

În cartea lui Kahn, la pagina 128, publicată la Academia de Științe a Austriei, este recunoscut că se fac eforturi de multe comunități de băiași pentru ca limba lor maternă, dialectul românesc al băieșilor, să fie recunoscută ca limbă separată, pentru instruire în școli, lucru cerut dew rudarii din Bulgaria și senatorului partidului AUR, domnul Claudiu Târziu, cu specificația că rudarii din Bulgaria i s-au plâns senatorului că sunt obligați să se declare romi. Ceea ce nu spune Kahn, este că după sintagma ”limbă separată”, trebuia adăugat ”limbă separată de limba indiană a romilor!”

Pillai had given me some useful Roma contacts in Hungary. One among them, Gina Rubik, a sprightly Beash Roma lady from Southern Hungary, whom I met soon after my arrival in Budapest, explained over several sittings the particularities of the Roma profile spread across Hungary from her own life experiences.”

Mister Mishra, ”researchers” had their opinions, and they are non-Roms.  Mister Mishra, the FAKE FLAG designed by Rishi is not recognised by Roma, because we never had such a flag. 

”Then an interpreter with the Indian Foreign Service with diplomatic rank, he attended the Congress and persuaded the International Roma Movement, which had its genesis from the same Congress, to incorporate in the design of its flag a cart wheel resembling the Ashok Chakra of the Indian flag.”

Mister Mishra, the Europeans Roms knew nothing about Nehru Romano-Kher created by Rishi, so his Institute of Romani Studies is FAKE.

”In 1973 Rishi set up the Institute of Romani Studies in his home town, Chandigarh, in northern India, and the following year produced the 1st issue of the Roma, a half yearly journal dedicated to the Roma (the journal has since stopped publication). He also organized two International Roma Festivals in 1976 and 1983, both attended by then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi who had realized the import of picking up the Roma connection. Mrs Gandhi inaugurated the 1983 Conference with the following words, “The Indian people support the efforts of the Roma in enriching human culture. Theirs is an example of nationalism with internationalism, beyond prejudice, where large heartedness thinks of all people as one big family living in harmony and trust” (cited in Rishi 1984).”

 Mister Mishra, Livia Jaroka is not a Romni but a FAKE ROMNI. The ROMNI identity is a MARITAL ONE, because an ETHNIC WOMAN, called SHEI/CHHAI, becomes ROMNI - ETHINC WIFE, only thrugh BIAU/BYAH - marriage.

”I should state here that Hungary was chosen to be the main focus country as the major part of the study was conducted here while I was on post officiating as the Ambassador of India to this country. Hungary has also been chosen as it held the EU Presidency while the EU Roma Framework was prepared in 2011. Therefore, Hungary was a lead initiator of the Framework. It is also in Hungary that several important Roma-related organizations such as European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC), Secretariat of the Roma Inclusion Decade (now closed down), Open Society Foundation (OSF), etc were located at the time of my residence5.”These NGOs recently left Hungary on account of the government campaign directed against George Soros, the founder and benefactor of these organisations”, p. 18 in your  PhD thesis.

 Mister Mishra, you are wrong, the Roma are ONLY those people who are MARRIED (Rom = ethnic husband, Romni= ethnic wife), and speak a Romani native dialect, inherited in family. Te rest of BLACK-SKIN population in Hungary are Boyash/Rudar Romanians, not Roma of Indo-Skythian origin.

”As per a report of the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice, State Secretariat for Social Inclusion (MSI 2011) the Roma constitute the largest ethnic minority of Hungary with 7% of the national population, numbering around 700,000 though such estimates tend to vary6”

”My role though was also a hindrance in that it limited in-depth and natural interactions within Roma ghetto communities and made me dependent on intermediaries, most of whom were Hungarian intellectuals, grass roots politicians or policy makers. Their knowledge of the Roma in the local areas helped me a lot in understanding the specificities of the Roma situation and problems in each context and space. They helped me a great deal in navigating the field of research during my data collection and ethnographic study. These had since been abandoned.The flat I visited in Istvan Ostok was inhabited by a Roma family where a mother lived with her two children and an old grandmother. Her husband was away on public work. Later the old lady’s husband and the man of the house came in. I learnt that the latter had moved out of the house with another Roma woman though was staying in the same settlement. This was a rare occurrence as the Roma were normally family-oriented and the husband would not leave the wife and children unless he had a compelling reason to do so.”

”5.3.3.1 The Gandhi Gimnazium, Pecs, 08 April 2014, 27 April 2015The Gandhi Gimnazium (high school) was seen to be one of the leading early educational institutions for the Roma with a nearly one hundred percent Roma (mainly Beash) intake. Founded in 1994 after 2 years of preparation by a group of local leaders and educationists called the ‘Friends of Roma’, its primary objective was to find an alternative to the tide of Roma segregation which had afflicted a large number of schools in Hungary (Havas 2000).I was visiting the Gandhi Gimnazium to attend its 20th anniversary at the invitation of the Principal, Ms Ildiko Deri, who explained to me that being an all-Roma school, it had been performing well on the national level. I assured the school of all possible support on the part of the Government of India. In the past, several books on Gandhi, India’s history, musical instruments and Indian artefacts had been donated to the school by the Embassy. These had been arranged in a small room called the ‘India room’, and was inaugurated by me along with the then Minister of State for Social Inclusion. I appreciated the Principal and her staff imparting value-based education to Roma children with the view to making commendable citizens out of them. In my address at the function held on the occasion, I emphasized the need for such schools to be replicated elsewhere in the country as they could serve a very useful social purpose besides fulfilling the real needs of education. The Minister in his address mentioned that the centuries-old discrimination against the Roma could not be solved overnight, while commending the government’s earnestness in working with other stakeholders for addressing the Roma cause”

”5.3.2.2 Sajokaza Ambedkar School, 14 April 2014 The school, located in the northern region of Hungary, had nearly 300 students on its roll, all belonging to the Roma community. Funded on a grant by a Foundation set up by a local philanthropist, Himself Beas, it had refused government funding ostensibly in protest against the unofficial policy of segregation in schools for Roma children. The Principal of the school, Tibor Derdak, had converted to Buddhism. Derdak had been to India several times and come back greatly influenced by Ambedkar’s life and vision. The students presented a cultural programme on the occasion of my visit. I talked about the life of Ambedkar, his pre-eminent role in bringing about a social revolution among the lower castes of India and the drafting of the Indian Constitution under his Chairmanship, which guaranteed certain inalienable rights and privileges to the marginalized communities which were part of the ‘affirmative action’ policy.”

”Abstract This article suggests that the arguments used to justify the deportation of Roma to Transnistria in 1942 were racial and eugenic. Introduction Barely a month had passed since Mihai Antonescu announced in the Council of Ministers the end of deportations to Transnistria, when an official request was sent from Tecuci, a small town in eastern Romania, to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Dimitrie I. Popescu, asking him to clarify whether the Roma could be issued “Romanian ethnic certificates” (Comisia pentru Constatarea Naţionalităţii Romane, 1 Nov. 1942). Nine days later, on 10 November 1942, hoping to disentangle the confusion about this issue, the Ministry of Internal Affairs re-transmitted the request to the Ministry of Justice. Several days later, the Ministry of Justice provided an answer, explaining to the Ministry of Internal Affairs that “Gypsies nare not of Romanian ethnic origin. They can, however, possess Romanian citizenship.” An equally simple and straightforward answer was given to the Mayor of Tecuci on 10 December: “Gypsies (Roma) are not Romanians by blood” – the original Romanian reads: “țiganii (romii) nu sunt români de sânge”).”

” As suggested by the ethnologist Ion Chelcea who researched the “origin” of the Boyash (Rudari) Roma, these were former mining slaves who later became woodcutters and woodcarvers. They not only abandoned mining for gold in the rivers of Central Europe and the Balkans, but they had also lost their “Gypsy language”. Following the Swiss anthropologist Eugene Pittard (1921), Chelcea postulated that the Romanianised Roma, compared to those in Bosnia or Turkey, were mostly brachycephalic (anatomically, a broad, short skull). This, Chelcea explained, was because many of them were descendants from unions between slaves and their Romanian masters who, he claimed “were brachycephalic”. During their slavery the Rudari had mixed with the Romanians; yet, they had retained some of their original racial features, including “their platyrrhine nose, the sign of their racial primitivity” (Chelcea 1931, 312). Other instances of ethnic mixing between Roma and Romanians were less noticeable if no less damaging. While during period of enslavement there were special laws that prevented the mixing of “Gypsies” with the Romanians (Petcuţ 2015), no such prevention was taken after their emancipation in the midnineteenth century. As a result, Chelcea remarked, the process of ethnic mixing continued uninterrupted. Could it be ended, however? Possibly! Chelcea suggested that “the Romanians had always despised the Roma, for whom they only had biting, sarcastic remarks”, including the description of “the Gypsy outside the category of man,” as was the case with several Romanian proverbs. Most Romanians, Chelcea believed, were in favour of establishing clearer boundaries between themselves and Roma. And he called on the state to intervene to prevent further ethnic mixing. “It has been a while,” Chelcea remarked, “since the last piece of legislation regarding the Gypsies had been introduced by the Romanian state” (Chelcea 1944, 20–21). If such legislation was introduced, however, it would have to consider the difference between nomadic and sedentary Roma. The assimilation of the former, according to Chelcea, “would produce a severe damage to the structure of the Romanian blood.” What he recommended instead was their “complete isolation” from the Romanians. Some of them should be kept in “a park in nature,” so that “this rare human species” did not disappear entirely but could be studied and exhibited as part of the country’s flora and fauna. The unfortunate ones not to be selected for this human zoo were, according to Chelcea, to be “completely eliminated from the life of our people”. They could, for instance, be “moved somewhere in Transnistria or beyond the Bug [river]”. And a similar fate was predicted for most of the sedentary Roma. Chelcea spared the talented musicians and a few specialised craftsmen among them, but otherwise he recommended deportation and in some cases sterilisation so that “their race will die out” (Ibid., 100– 101). Such suggestions reflect not only Chelcea’s mindset – influenced by an enduring ethnographic tradition which created a binary of developed, rational, European people and hence superior versus the underdeveloped, primitive, non-European people – but also his endorsement of Romania’s programme of ethnic purification.”

Bobu Nicolae, in his book, "BOOK ON ROMI CUTTUM JUSTICE JUDGMENT OF THE ROMA" edited by the Ministry of Public Information Department for Interethnic Relations Approval No. 817/02.04.2001, gave the definition of Roma customs. "The work is part of the thesis supported by the author, following the completion of the internship organized under the auspices of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva and the International Institute for Human Rights "Rene Cassin" in Strasbourg." These lines were written in the preface to Nicolae Bobu's work by Radu Demetrescu, principal scientific researcher at the Romanian Institute for Human Rights. This is what the late Nicolae Bobu said in his book, on page 19: "The work of the great world-renowned Romanian scholar Mircea Eliade, the philosopher who wrote the "History of Religions", deciphered important philosophical-religious messages about the Roma language, in within the framework of Indian studies, giving us the opportunity to find that this Romani language contains mainly symbolic words, which can be expressed philosophically-religiously, in concepts of great culture of an archaic people, culture not highlighted until now. Through the present work, such symbolic words are highlighted, which take on the form of the sacred and the profane within the Gypsy judgment."

Bobu Nicolae, în cartea sa, ”CARTE DESPRE RROMI CUTUMĂ JUSTIȚIARĂ JUDECATA DE PACE A ROMILOR” editată de Ministerul Informațiilor Publice Departamentul Pentru Relații Interetnice Aprobarea Nr. 817/02.04.2001, a dat definiția cutumei romilor. ”Lucrarea face parte din teza susținută de autor, în urma absolvirii stagiului organizat sub egida Înaltului Comisariat pentru Drepturile Omului al ONU, de la Geneva și a Institutului Internațional pentru Drepturile Omului ”Rene Cassin” din Strasbourg.” Aceste rânduri au fost scrise în prefața lucrării lui Nicolae Bobu, de Radu Demetrescu, cercetător științific principal, la Institutul Român Pentru Drepturile Omului.  Russia at #HRC54:  We still have serious concerns over discrimination against national minorities in Romania, the most vulnerable of whom are the Roma, Hungarians and Transcarpathian Ruthenians.  Xenophobia, racism and nationalism are currently on the rise in Romania.
